Reservation Process

1. Email us to confirm availability
Please send an email to araratart.tw@gmail.com and include the following information:

• Expected rental date and time

• Nature of the event

• Number of participants

• Contact information

We will reply to let you know whether the requested time slot is available.
If it is available, we will send a Reservation Hold Notice.

2. Complete your order and payment within 24 hours
If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the reservation will be considered forfeited and the time slot will be released automatically.

3. Reservation confirmed upon payment
You will receive an official reservation confirmation email once the payment is completed
