1. ARARAT ART PARTNERS guarantees that it has obtained authorization from the author, holds the agency rights and disposal rights for the artworks listed in the preceding clause, and possesses sufficient rights to counteract any third-party claims. ARARAT ART PARTNERS also bears the obligation to inform the buyer of any defects in the artwork that it is aware of or could reasonably be aware of.

2. Due to technical reasons such as copying, photography, data transmission, etc., there may be discrepancies in the color, tone, texture, and form of the artwork compared to the original. The original artwork shall prevail.

3. Please note before placing an order that the content of the purchase is limited to the artwork itself and does not include other decorative items or furniture shown in the illustrations.

4. ARARAT ART PARTNERS's introduction and evaluation of the artwork, including but not limited to content on the Internet, certificates, promotional materials, news, etc., are for reference only and do not constitute any guarantee or warranty for the artwork.

5. ARARAT ART PARTNERS guarantees the authenticity of the artwork and provides an artwork certificate to the buyer.

6. The buyer should be aware that the subject matter transferred under this statement is the ownership of the artwork, excluding the copyright of the artwork. The creator of the artwork still retains the relevant copyright, and without authorization, the buyer may not reproduce, adapt, edit, rent, distribute, publicly broadcast, publicly transmit, or publicly display the artwork.

7. Buyers please note whether the artwork is part of the current exhibition. If so, it will be sent out after the exhibition ends.
